Delivery Policy

You will be notified by email of the date your products have left the factory and the Courier track and trace number for all deliveries. This number can be entered into the couriers website to allow you to trace your delivery.

All parcels are tracked to ensure delivery is made.

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery Service currently provides parcel dispatch for all products except Romans within 10 - 14 working days from receipt of payment to New Zealand residents. For Roman Blinds allow 14 - 21 working days. Some fabrics are ordered from overseas suppliers in this instance the time delay will be stated in the information section of the paticular product generally it adds about 7 days.
